For over two decades, I’ve lived a plant-based lifestyle, and it’s kept me vibrant, healthy, and youthful — even as I’ve entered my 50s. This is not just about food; it’s about creating a life full of energy, vitality, and sustainability for yourself, your family and our communities.

 

I know what it feels like to be in a constant struggle to take care of yourself while caring for others.

 

After seeing my sibling experience serious health challenges, then, turn this around to experience improved health with the power of plant-based eating habits, I felt compelled to share my story and approach to plant-based eating with other busy women like you who want to feel better, boost their energy, and reduce stress.

 

 I know what it's like to juggle a rapidly expanding business, a fast-paced career, and the constant demands of everyday life. I have an enormous family who deserves my love and attention (and not my overwhelm, exhaustion and lack of energy). When I began harnessing the power of creating a fulfilling lifestyle doing what brings me energy and joy, I decided to share this with other women to help them thrive!

 

Dena Patrice Burroughs has been changing lives and transforming communities for two decades as a professional mentor, coach and developer. She is the Founder of the Nourish and Thrive Community (for women who are creating a lifestyle they enjoy) and Business Development on Demand, LLC, where she partners with business owners, leaders, and independent experts who are passionate about creating fulfilling lives and thriving businesses. 
Dena lives in Atlanta, Georgia with her husband, Ty and their amazing family.
