Dena is the Founder and CEO of Business Development on Demand, LLC. The Business Development Company. Business Development on Demand helps established business owners learn, lead and succeed. Over 85 Business Development members hail from 30 states and 8 countries.

In 2016, Dena shared a moment of inspiration during the Black Women's Millionaire Tour on Dr. Venus Opal Reese's stage, The Black Woman's Millionaire Mentor. 

In 2017, Dena hosted an interview series called Bold Women Rock where she interviewed prominent women in business such as Robin Jorgenson, Shayla Boyd-Gill, Reverend Jenenne Macklin, Dr. Lisa Lewis, Stacy Beidleman and Heather Wolf.  

Dena's popular business development series on How to Leverage Your Time and Talent Making a Difference in the World  with leading personal and professional development coaches, mentors, trainers and non profit experts such as Ruby Blow, Tayloria Grant, Jennifer Kennedy and Shelby Kearny continues to be a valuable resource for emerging leaders.

Dena is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) trained by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) which is the leader in training coaches worldwide. She is devoted to equipping business owners with leading edge development resources to inspire them to thrive. 

As a Certified Money Coach (CMC) from the Money Coach Institute, Dena shares tools and techniques to help business owners pave the way to create passive income in their business trading foreign currencies.

Dena earned her bachelors degree in Accounting from Wilberforce University and Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Clark Atlanta University. She completed her Money Coach Certification in 2005 and began Co-Active coach training with CTI in 2006.
